6. Transaction statuses

The v2 transaction status endpoint exposes three uppercase values for both deposits and withdrawals:

Status	Meaning	Action
PENDING	The current result is unresolved or under review.	Poll with backoff or wait for a callback; do not create a replacement solely because of a delay.
SUCCESS	The current merchant-visible result is successful.	Finalize the corresponding merchant order.
FAILED	The current merchant-visible result is unsuccessful.	Handle a failed payment or withdrawal.

Payment-page expiration, a request timeout, or a missing callback does not prove that a payment failed. An unresolved operation can remain PENDING until reconciliation establishes its result; v2 does not promise automatic failure after a fixed period. Contact your integration contact when the result remains unresolved beyond your agreed processing window.

The endpoint always returns the current result. A permitted reconciliation or correction can change a previous terminal result, for example FAILED to SUCCESS. The corresponding notification still contains only order_id, so retrieve status again even if you previously processed a callback for that order. Arrival order of callbacks must not determine your stored payment result.

Use the status API, not a browser redirect, as the source for payment decisions. Visiting success_url, pending_url, or fail_url does not itself update the transaction.
